Truman's Story
Games Master
Truman has worked in the video game space for about 15 years, but never found a company he genuinely connected with—until he came to Big Fish Games, which perfectly aligned with the way he wanted to learn and grow his career. Truman was immediately drawn to the company's ability to push new technologies but also establish firm pipelines, creating a balance of stability and exploration in his role that makes him happy to be part of the Big Fish Team.

What Truman Does
Technical Artist
Truman's primary function is to create character animation pipelines, spending most of his time interacting with both engineers and artists and acting as a liaison between them. In practice, he makes scripts to automate artists' tasks, while also creating clean and concise art packages so that the engineers can get the art they need into games faster.

"The company puts the player first—we want to make sure that all of our players feel they're deeply engaged with our content and really enjoy what we make."

"We're exploring augmented and virtual reality very quickly. We already have it in the pipeline, and we're going to make sure that we do it the right way."
