Crystal holds a dual-degree in science and video game art and design. Together with two friends, she founded a small, three-person studio which was later acquired by a slightly larger studio. Soon, Big Fish Games became aware of their work, and her team was once again absorbed into a greater good.
Crystal’s main objective each day is to ensure her team is always having fun while creating amazing things. She does this by removing any potential roadblocks, streamlining processes, and providing all the appropriate tools for each project. With her help, the group of 20-plus artists, animators, and graphic designers are able to produce top-notch content for the company.
