Taylor progressed through her college career expecting to go to medical school after graduating. Instead, she started work at a healthcare company and realized her passion was solving problems—not medicine. To satisfy her need for more challenges and to have a larger scope of work, Taylor joined Better, and hasn’t regretted it once.
Taylor reaches across all functional teams to improve workflows and streamline operations. Whether she’s analyzing data or tweaking specific process flows, her ultimate goal revolves around making Better as efficient as possible. She also advises on the product side to help the Technology Team integrate strategic business decisions into the end user’s experience.
