While studying marine biology in college, Rokey realized she wasn’t really interested in scuba diving or lab work—so a career change was definitely in order. After doing some leadership development work, Rokey decided to get into the HR field. She worked at several companies before being drawn to Bell Partners and its strong core values.
Rokey spends much of her time speaking with associates and managers, checking in to ensure the work environment is positive and productive. In addition to ensuring that everyone is having a positive experience, Rokey also supports talent management and development within the organization.
