Wil contributes to a 24/7 Support Team, but his days don’t start until 9 AM. Because of the all-hours support, Wil works backward, checking overnight tickets before new ones. Once top-priority issues are clear, he puts together root-cause analyses to prevent recurring issues. Aside from helping buyers, Wil’s priority is turning customers into Beepi advocates.
