Matt, a factory-trained BMW technician, worked for various dealerships after serving more than a decade in the Army. Once it was time to focus on family, he needed a career step that wouldn’t be as physically taxing. Luckily, Matt’s experience handling logistical and automotive challenges—while keeping a sense of humor—was perfect for Beepi.
Matt’s days start as early as 7 AM with a calendar review to see which claims he’s lined up. Based on the spread, he makes a transportation plan to serve as many customers as possible—but the constant flux of cars often interferes with Matt’s agenda. Luckily, he resolves most on-site cases without keeping the car.
