Rachel started her career at Beautycounter in the Customer Care Department. She was inspired by the mission, and knew she wanted to grow with the company. During her time in Customer Care, Rachel got to know the company inside and out, which was a huge asset to her as she transitioned to the Sales Team.
Rachel’s days revolve around making sure that Beautycounter’s Consultants are set up to succeed. A big part of her job is creating promotions and incentives that get Consultants motivated to work hard and reach their sales goals. Seeing them put Beautycounter’s amazing products into the hands of more and more people is extremely rewarding for her.
