The BCG Digital Ventures New York office located at Hudson Yards is a unique and beautifully designed space. The company made it a point to avoid the stereotypical office and instead designed a space made for collisions. Whether it’s in headquarters or downstairs at the Highline Café, it’s a space meant for people across disciplines to meet and create together.
The people at BCG Digital Ventures New York are very open about their quirks, whether it’s painting murals, designing electronics, or doing some 3D modeling. Employees also enjoy company-wide jam sessions, countless professional training and development programs, and Diverge Day—an event where employees can connect to the city and explore what goes on at various companies.
“Over the last couple of weeks in the New York office, we had five different walls in the space painted by designers. There’s also a life-sized Lego model of C3PO being built in our server room using a special algorithm to figure out the exact Lego bricks needed.”
“Diverge Days are opportunities for us as individuals and employees to actually see what’s happening around town. We were taken to see Spotify, Little Bits, and MOFAD headquarters, and it was amazing to see how they work and what they do.”
