After earning her bachelor’s of commerce degree, Kristen worked a few jobs before coming to Baylis. What appealed to her about the company was the positive impact made on people’s lives and that it offered her opportunities for career development. Since then, Kristen has experienced first-hand the way Baylis supports employee goals, as she has seen her own career advance in a short time.
Kristen’s job is to lead a group of supply chain support staff. She’s responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities while also working on continuous improvement projects. Much of her time is spent checking in with her team, reviewing documents, planning production and materials, and collaborating with engineers to develop and improve new or existing product lines.
