Shelley grew up with pets—cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, the list goes on. Having worked for many years in restaurant and retail management, Shelley became passionate about associate development. She saw working at Banfield as a fantastic opportunity to combine her passions and experiences into a job which entails developing people while caring for pets.

Practice Manager
As a Practice Manager, Shelley oversees the hospital, which means that she does a little bit of everything. In this fast paced environment, her daily tasks often vary and can range from interacting with clients, supporting the Medical Team, providing associate feedback, and brainstorming with her team to solve problems. She also plays a large role in identifying areas of opportunity for associate development and partners with them in their professional growth.
