Jennifer’s Story
Finding Chemistry
Jennifer’s career as a medical professional was unintentional. She studied biology and chemistry, but instead of attending graduate school, she enlisted in the military. A sick pet took her to Banfield, and she was so impressed by the care and employees that she decided to pursue her love of animals in a starting role as client services coordinator.

What Jennifer Does
Practice Manager
Jennifer interacts and builds relationships with the hospital’s pets and clients while making sure associates and doctors are getting everything they need to perform. While Jennifer interacts with clients, pets, and her team on a daily basis, the details of that interaction—whether it’s cuddling a cute puppy or cleaning up after him—are what keep her on her toes.
