Experienced in the beverage industry at Coca Cola and smaller brands, Lucas recognized quality in Bai Brands right away. He started his journey at Bai as a Regional Manager in Texas, and he climbed the ranks—tasked with finding competent South Central Texas Bai recruits and shaping them into a strong and effective sales force.
Lucas travels around Texas most of his day—working hands-on besides his team in the field on the Austin, San Antonio, or Houston routes. Lucas works beside District Sales Managers for weeks on the road, stationing in-office once a month to take care of administrative tasks. Always focused on maximizing sales activity, Lucas provides his Sales Team with motivational support to always meet sales quotas.
