With a strong background at large retail companies, Durale found a happy home at Bai Brands. According to Durale, he was immediately impassioned by Bai’s mission and inspired by its people. After spending an intense first month sharing Bai's beverages with intrigued customers at Costco Roadshows, Durale realized he was building something amazing—and that he’d discovered his calling.

Partnering with Bai Brands’ district sales managers and his team on the ground, Durale rides around Dallas day after day to create new business accounts with big brand retail companies like Target and Walmart. Durale works hard to push Bai’s distinctive products into the spotlight, skyrocket consumer popularity, determinedly hit record-breaking sales quotas, and flavor customers’ lives with Bai Brands’ beverages.
