Chris hoped to become the next Michael Jordan, but realized he wasn’t quite at pro level. Instead, he studied business administration and accounting before lending his skills to several different organizations. Luckily, Chris was still signed to one team—he was recruited to join BAE after a former manager made the move himself.
Chris starts his days at 8 AM by chatting with the many other departments he collaborates with. Whether it’s talking numbers with finance or evaluating program control with the program managers, Chris’s top goal is to ensure the whole team meets contract deliverables. If that isn’t enough, he also helps shape BAE culture across several offices.
“Warrior Adventure Day is by far a highlight of my time here. Besides the activities, we got to see the difference we’re making in people’s lives—veterans’ lives. I felt proud to be with this company.”
“The willingness to raise your hand and see what else is out there is essential. Especially if you’re also willing to get those hands dirty, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.”
