What Bryan Does
Vice President, Software Engineering
Bryan’s responsibilities span three main areas. First, he builds the best team possible, reaching out to recruits and conducting rigorous interviews. Second, he sits with other engineers and architects to design the technologies that Axon offers to law enforcement officials. Third, and perhaps most importantly, he works directly with clients to determine where the needs are.

“Since many of us have never worked in law enforcement, it becomes crucial to spend time talking to our customers and learning about their work.”
