Karl attended Yale University, where he majored in philosophy. Although he had planned to go to law school, Karl decided to expose himself to work in the legal industry before taking the LSAT. After learning about Axiom at a career fair, the notion of working at a disruptive company within the legal industry felt more compelling. Karl enjoys the incredible professional development Axiom has to offer, as well as the freedom to pick a non-traditional career path.
Karl joined Axiom after graduating college, working in business development. His experience in sales developed his client orientation and taught him how to cultivate meaningful, long-lasting relationships. Learning how to engage executives prepared him well for the rest of his career, becoming Axiom's first Chief of Staff—and later, the VP of Talent Product.
