Fiona's Story
Anthropological Design
An anthropologist by education, Fiona wasn’t sure what she wanted to do after graduation. She applied to a temp agency that placed her in an industrial design firm where she quickly climbed the ranks from receptionist to analyst. Fiona found she thrived in creative environments and enjoyed designing for consumer needs—and she’s never left the field.

Fiona’s team operates as its own studio within the Autodesk office. They arrive to the office around 9:30 AM, and they step into a Stand-Up Meeting at 9:45 AM. The remainder of the morning, Fiona focuses on phone calls with international clients in India or Israel and then brings design wants and needs to Product Teams in order to connect cloud platforms and user experiences.
