On any given day, Michael's mornings begin with meetings—typically a scrum stand-up for each project and occasionally Infrastructure or Operations Team meetings before he dives into his individual tech projects. After professional development sessions and grocery runs to refill the office pantry, Michael wraps up the day with additional team meetings, independent tasks, and collaborative projects.
