Rabya’s winding path to Atlassian began as a chemical engineering major with dreams of becoming a doctor. While studying healthcare management in graduate school, Rabya realized her passion was in management operations. A few years in the User Operations Department at Facebook brought her to Austin, and, eventually, to Atlassian.
Rabya and her team are the customer connections, giving support to anything that relates to the customer and their user experience. Rabya cites the fact that Atlassian hires smart, driven people who care about the experience they’re creating as what makes coming to work easy, exciting, and enjoyable every day.
