Vincent, a California native, studied communications at UCLA. Once he graduated, Asurion reached out—and Vincent was attracted by the opportunity to both build something useful and live in Nashville. Since he’s come on board, Vincent has been promoted through at least three roles, and continues to pick up the pace each day.
Vincent hits the gym and has breakfast at home before sorting emails to get an idea of his day at the office. Though he typically works with frontline employee groups to understand customer pain points, he’s also planned launches in other regions and visited international Asurion offices to help simplify technology support and improve overall efficacy.
