Brad was a business major at the College of Charleston before putting those skills to work to help start a company. Eventually, one his colleagues left and joined AstenJohnson—and she immediately saw how Brad could fit in. After submitting his resume, he joined as a sales representative before moving into his current role.
Brad’s entire role is built around managing change, since everything from timelines to product orders influences AstenJohnson’s schedule and production. Because of this, Brad has mastered the art of perfect timing, shooting to fulfill customer orders exactly where they’re needed rather than months before or a week after. In addition to demand planning, Brad also helps teach and certify new employees.
