Kamil jumped into the world of consulting after graduating from Stanford University. Though his role exposed him to organizational design and performance improvement, Kamil mostly engaged in high-level corporate strategy—until entrepreneurial friends asked him about early-stage happenings. Once Kamil saw the opportunity to make a bigger impact faster by focusing on the early days, he was hooked.
Kamil gives Aspect Ventures another set of eyes and ears in the startup community by identifying prospective companies that meet the firm’s unique product-founder fit. Once he’s got one in view, Kamil runs due diligence and comes back into the picture for post-investment support—which includes anything from product and marketing strategy to advising on hiring.
