Michael came from a background in management consulting, where he worked for several years helping Fortune 500 companies with their most complex strategic problems. Longing for a greater sense of investment in a company and its product, Michael was excited to join Asana, where he could leverage his skill set to support Asana's bold mission.

Michael spends his day assisting any one of the many customers—from small startups to huge companies—using the Asana service. Michael also collaborates with the Sales, Engineering and Product Teams to think strategically about keeping customer success in mind as Asana continues to develop and expand throughout the world.
