One of the coolest projects Catherine’s worked on? AppNexus’ overhaul of the performance marketplace. The team aimed to have a marketplace where buyers and sellers could exchange services in ways that didn’t involve just cash money, but instead used innovative data measurement and analysis testing to get the right incentives for both ends of the equation to create a win-win scenario.
Catherine spends her days conducting meetings with various people within AppNexus—from the CEO and other executives to product managers, from the Recruiting Team to the Marketing Team. She looks at different ways to enhance AppNexus’ development, both internally and externally, consulting on product strategy, interfacing with executives about the organization, and executing marketing initiatives that reach broad audiences.
