With a background in engineering, Naveen has spent the majority of her career working at large consulting firms. Intrigued by the opportunity to do more customer engagement work, she jumped at the chance to join Appian. Having the CEO personally interview her and ask how he could make the position work for her sealed the deal.
From start to finish, Naveen’s days are jam-packed with back-to-back meetings. When she’s not working one-on-one with customers to talk through their needs and answer questions, she’s troubleshooting internally with developers and the Testing Team to ensure that Appian’s applications are functioning efficiently and helping customers reach their business goals.
