Ryan studied film and political science in Miami and started out creating web videos for a local LGBT organization. During the 2012 election cycle, Ryan sought a chance to move to Washington, DC and was instantly drawn to Anne Lewis Strategies after a conversation with Anne gave him a glimpse into the company's quirky culture.
Ryan's day involves lots of meetings with clients, helping them plan out their goals and needs for their online campaigns. If a relevant news story breaks, Ryan springs into action to react to reorient his campaigns. Ryan also attends internal meetings to brainstorm ways to create more effective targeted messaging and strategies.
