Rodney studied business administration in Canada, his home country. He moved to New York with his wife and started at Amplify after a friend recommended he apply there. Rodney found himself extremely interested in the technology the company used and created, so he began taking online classes to teach himself software engineering.
The first thing Rodney does each morning is meet with his team to discuss ongoing issues and delegate tasks for the day. Together, they put each new product, update, or feature through extensive testing to clear up any issues and fine tune each process before the project is cleared for market release.
