Michelle’s Story
Structurally Sound
Michelle considers her career path to resemble a lattice more than a ladder—after completing a mechanical engineering degree, she led construction projects and gradually transitioned into program management roles. By the time she joined Amazon Lab126, Michelle had completed projects with enterprise tech companies. Though her expertise is diverse, the common quality was always operations—which made her an excellent Amazon Lab126 addition.

What Michelle Does
Sr. Manager, Product Operations
Michelle spends the majority of her day in and out of internal team meetings—but the majority are focused on launching new products or creatively manufacturing goods to bring cutting-edge technology to everyday users. Michelle particularly enjoys getting to interact with customers while overseeing program phases—like she did on the first version of the Echo Dot.
