Kathryn’s Story
Making Technology Human
Kathryn’s degree in computer science, with an emphasis on human-computer interaction, suits her role at Amazon Lab126 perfectly—since she constantly thinks about customers when making product decisions. This ability also comes from previous experience as a user interface designer at a tech company. She was happy before the switch, but Kathryn’s love for her own Kindle made the role at Amazon Lab126 her dream job.
