Josh studied economics and psychology in college, then attended business school at Yale. After graduation, he became a consultant, offering clients strategic support—and one of his key clients happened to be Allstate. Taking a detour in his career, Josh worked in city government for a few years, but his passion for technology led him back to Allstate.
Josh has the privilege of working with staff across the entire Allstate enterprise. He spends his days meeting with employees from different teams to assess how technology can help the company meet the needs of their customers and broader community even better. He loves thinking of how Allstate can use technology in its work.
