Lisa was contacted by Agile recruiters during a U.K. vacation. She interviewed on Skype and was hired as an entry-level consultant soon after. Lisa was instantly impressed by the Agile team’s knowledge and diligence in finding her the right role, its continued interest in her progress, and the company’s commitment to building engaging employee relationships.

Lisa clarifies software speculations for each client project, then clearly communicates requests to the Engineering and Manufacturing Teams. Partnering with developer and QA colleagues, she guides the development process, from user stories to scrum frameworks to completion, as it moves from team to team—-and brainstorms brilliant ideas into products that the company can be proud of.
