Katherine studied communications and law before coming to Agile, but disinterest in lawyer life led her to explore a better suited profession. She received an introduction to Agile’s president through a co-worker, was interviewed—and hired—and gradually evolved from recruitment to sales with Agile’s strength-based, employee-first leadership.
Agile’s great Sales Team gets Katherine energized and excited to seize the day. She spends mornings coordinating project plans with co-workers in the office and afternoons consulting with clients off-site. Joining forces with hiring managers, Katherine identifies workforce wants, then uses Agile’s talent-finding technology to resolve recruiting challenges.
