After ending up in finance, he focused on fraud strategy and risk at a large company. This experience taught him which team size and style would help him thrive—so Hai set out to find a startup in the Bay Area. Affirm was the perfect match.
Hai may wear many hats, but he focuses on digging into data to get an idea of what the team should work on. Hai and his team drive the collection and analysis of data. They partner cross-functionally with the Product Team, ensuring that Affirm’s data-driven decisions balance customer needs with those of product development.
