While she was completing a degree in psychology, Brett worked on a CO-OP at Affectiva, then immediately began full-time after graduation. This role taught her all the ins and outs of HR generalization, and she worked her way up to her present-day HR Manager position at the company.
Brett’s position requires the skills to navigate smoothly between fostering a happy company culture and running the hiring show. Even when she’s recruiting and conducting interviews, helping current employees achieve career goals sticks in the back of her mind. Luckily, this holistic mentality has helped her bring on great people to take the team forward.
