After studying accounting in college, Rich worked as a staff accountant for two years. With his days spent poring over spreadsheets and numbers, he began to wonder if he was on the right career path. It was at that time a company reached out to see if he would be interested in staffing. Rich felt he could do well in the industry—while putting his accounting experience to use—so he hit the ground running.
Rich has gained a macro overview of the staffing world through his work as both a staffing consultant and as an experienced accountant. He attributes transparency as the key to building strong, successful partnerships with clients and candidates. Rich's true understanding of the dynamics of an Accounting & Finance Department has given him a great eye for talent and enabled him to provide value on a daily basis.
