Originally from New Zealand, Sue-Mun was traveling in Germany when she befriended a Canadian couple at a bar. She kept in touch with the two via Facebook, and a few years later, her Canadian connections recommended her for a position at AdParlor. Sue-Mun sent in her CV—and was soon on her way to Toronto.
Sue-Mun spends much of her time in various types of meetings. She and her team work in two-week project sprints that cycle around market analysis, new idea creation, prototype building, and user testing. When those tasks are complete, Sue-Mun combines all feedback and information into a final, finished product for market release.
