Rick attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where he studied business administration, economics, and environmental science. Post-graduation, he took a position on the environmental desk of a big brokerage, but found himself searching for something a little more challenging. That’s when an ACT recruiter reached out.
Rick arrives in the office around 8:30 AM. After a stand-up meeting with his team, he spends the majority of his morning making calls to current clients to introduce new ideas they might be interested in. In the afternoon, he begins cold-calling prospective partners, and finishes his day with administrative duties to keep all accounts up to date.
