Todd earned bachelor’s in history at the University of Delaware. He spent the last 20 years of his career in the automotive retail world, working as a district manager, a trainer, and a store manager. In each one of his positions, Todd has always made customer service a top priority.
Todd’s day can vary depending on the needs of his customers. Sometimes, he’s helping customers with travel arrangements, and other times, with insurance questions or title issues. As a manager, he also likes to work side-by-side with his associates to support their growth and ensure that they’re prepared to tackle any issue with excellent customer service.
