As a pet parent with a background in recruiting, Sonseeahray wanted to find work that combined her passion for animals with her ability to recruit top-notch talent. Before starting her current role, Sonseeahray was a PetMeds customer familiar with the company’s superior service. When the opportunity presented itself, she knew she wanted to join the service-oriented culture.
After arriving at the office, Sonseeahray devotes her morning at work to interacting with customer care representatives. Because she trains newly hired PetMeds employees, Sonseeahray feels that she has a positive impact on both the lives of PetMeds’ customers and on the company itself. To Sonseeahray, seeing the pride of a customer care representative who just made another customer happy is the most rewarding aspect of her role.
