Ashlyn began working evenings at the company while in school pursuing a degree in elementary education. What originally began as a call center job to make ends meet has now turned into a career. Ashlyn has loved taking advantage of the company’s career development opportunities—and her team, too, has benefited from Ashlyn’s contributions.
Ashlyn spends her time at work reviewing current systems of customer service and making appropriate suggestions for improvements. She takes pride in overseeing all points of customer communication at the company and in troubleshooting areas where there’s friction. Because she loves working with people, it’s a job she excels at.
