Dr. Erica Walls empowers clients to gain and retain very good jobs by clarifying professional goals, creating and executing a plan, building confidence, and marketing themselves effectively. Her super power – and joy – is listening intently to clients’ professional desires and developing impactful solutions. Her coaching sessions are a safe space for clients to envision their ideal job/career and gain the tools to make it happen! Erica serves individuals and organizations throughout the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. In addition to coaching, she teaches at George Washington University in Washington, DC. There, she helps college students to bridge classroom learning with meaningful opportunities to positively impact society. Erica also mentors young adults to develop professional skills; voluntarily coaches low-income women to gain the skills to achieve financial independence; and advocates for education, fair pay, and favorable working conditions.
