Full disclosure: I’m not a runner . I actually kind of hate it. But even I would participate in the Color Run, a combination of the Indian celebration of Holi and a 5K.
Basically, the only rules are that you have to be able to get from point A to point B (you don’t even have to be able to do it quickly) and you have to wear white clothes. Why white, you ask? Because as you finish each kilometer, you’ll get doused in brightly colored powder. By the finish line, no matter how long it takes you to get there, you (and all your fellow runners) will be a vibrant canvas of color. Oh, and you’ll get a party. To me, that sounds like everybody wins.
Registration in some cities is already full, but check out The Color Run website to find a city near you.
