Social Tables is the Most Outrageous Company We've Seen
We knew we liked Social Tables when we found out that one of its company values is “be outrageous.”
What, exactly, does that mean for a company that provides dynamic diagramming and guest management software to the hospitality and events industry?
First of all, it means the company is pretty outrageous in how it’s disrupting an industry—and how many cool clients are hopping on for the ride. In the three years since Social Tables was founded, the company has amassed a client list that includes hotel chains such as the Hyatt Hotel Corporation, academic institutions like Harvard Business School, and large corporations like Genentech. It’s even been instrumental in planning the likes of LeBron James’ wedding and the Grammys!
But more importantly, the close-knit team at Social Tables is pretty outrageous. The company’s CEO, Dan Berger, explains: “We’re always fun and a little weird, and we encourage that.” As part of celebrating everyone’s unique characteristics, Social Tables has a diverse catalogue of activities that employees can participate in together—from lunch and learns to the adventure club to the restaurant of the month club. Plus, the company has an impressive mentorship program for new hires, helping ensure that everyone is able to shine from day one.
