What does your calendar look like? Are there days when every hour—or even every half hour—consists of a different meeting?
Before you know it, it’s time to go home and you’ve done nothing but move around from conference room to conference room, leaving you with the same amount of work you started with at the beginning of the day. Sigh.
If your schedule looks like a Tetris board full of touch-bases, I have news for you—it doesn’t have to be that way. It may not feel like it sometimes, but you are the owner of your calendar, and you can take (back) control of your day.
How? Make your schedule , rather than simply managing what others put on it. This video from a Googler will show you how.
