On the “work hard” side, there’s an emphasis on professional development and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
According to strategic accounts manager Jennifer Lee, employees are encouraged to seek out training and educational opportunities, whether that’s by taking a course, asking a fellow co-worker for guidance, or attending a conference.
TripleLift even hosts weekly “Tech Talks,” where team members share the exciting projects they’re working on.
“My favorite thing about the culture at TripleLift is how focused it is on learning. For someone who wants to be a great engineer and loves producing great applications, it’s awesome,” explains Jonathan Milgrom, a front-end engineer.
On the “play hard” side, there’s Whiskey Hour (self-explanatory), an office volleyball team, and even Tuesday yoga—which we hear even the CEO loves to partake in.
The team is also pretty fond of its snack chat room, dubbed Snack City, where employees can hang out and indulge in their favorite foods. If what they’re craving isn’t on the menu, not a problem—they can just request it.
“At TripleLift, people are quirky in the most awesome way,” Lee says. “We have a lot of different personalities, and it’s awesome to see people’s humor.”
