It’s not every day you find a company that values helping its employees learn just as much as helping its clients. As a global provider of online learning and development for healthcare professionals, Relias Learning has designed content for all types of healthcare disciplines—from senior care to behavioral health and developmental disabilities organizations.
With a mission to help clients achieve the highest quality practice and accreditation standards, Relias’ team members are incredibly passionate about helping to improve the healthcare system and those who are a part of it. As Relias is constantly working to improve and teach the healthcare system, the value of learning is deep-rooted in its office culture.
Recently, the company held an Adult Learning Day, when team members showcased their skills. Employees decided which classes they wanted to take or teach the team—everything from barbecuing and belly dancing to Texas Hold ’Em and couponing.
Another favorite office tradition? Company field days, which include activities like inflatable obstacle courses and tricycle races, followed by lunch for employees and their families. And throughout the year, Relias hosts several employee bonding opportunities, including flag football leagues, ping-pong tournaments, yoga classes, and celebrations for just about every holiday and sporting event—including a North Carolina favorite, March Madness.
“Relias Learning is a lively, fun company to work for. We recognize hard work and place great emphasis on training and growing our employees,” says SMB Sales Rep Cameron Lambert.
