Give African Entrepreneurs the Opportunity to Shine With a Job at MEST
MEST was founded by Jorn Lyseggen, CEO of the Meltwater Group, whose experiences from building a globally successful company led him to the realization that while talent is evenly spread, opportunity is not.
This awareness became the foundation of The Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology and the MEST Incubator program—a training, investment, and mentoring program for young, successful global software entrepreneurs originating in Africa.
But this isn’t just any incubator program—at MEST you’ll be invested in the students in more ways than one. “It’s not just a school where I teach classes and see my students graduate,” explains Emily Daher, a communications teaching fellow. “At MEST, we’re taking talented graduates from across Africa and training them to start software companies that can compete on a global scale—with some of the top and well-funded companies and products from around the world.”
