Because Reebok wants to make maintaining a work-life balance easy, the company offers childcare facilities and parent-child offices. During holidays, employees can even send their kids to fun camps.
“We have a very active lifestyle—which is a healthy body, healthy mind,” says Catherine Marshall, director of global business development. “The attitude that we have toward work is very balanced as well.”
While Reebok is already a household name, the team isn’t content to sit around and reflect on its achievements. Instead, employees are constantly trying to make Reebok even bigger.
“People have a nostalgic remembrance of what this brand was—but I’m excited about what this brand is going to be,” says Ben Blakesley, senior manager of global social media.
