17 Quick and Easy Changes That'll Help You Focus at Work (and More Easily Ignore Your Chatty Co-worker)
Staying focused at work for long stretches of time is virtually impossible. With email notifications, phone alerts, and that overly chatty co-worker stopping at your desk every 10 minutes, it’s rare to find more than a few moments of distraction-free time. In fact, Wrike has found that office workers are interrupted every four to 11 minutes—that’s a real nightmare when you have a 5 PM deadline today.
