Job Description

Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Technical Program Analyst (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to

•    Responsible for the execution of one or more well-defined projects under direct guidance of manager or PM lead. 
•    Participate in project scheduling and budgeting. 
•    Persistently communicate and address obstacles delaying projects from delivering against objectives. 
•    Showcase effective communication in reporting, notes, documentation, FAQs, escalations, and more. 
•    Support Visa PMM required project gates and artifacts, fiscal management, and work estimation. 
•    Position reports to the Employer’s Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Information systems or related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or in a Technical Program Analyst-related occupation.
• Working with technical teams developing software solutions.
• End user quality testing for new applications.
• Power BI and Python.
• Data privacy requirements such as Privacy Attestations, Retention and Encryption policies.
• Agile software development, including using Jira.

Additional Information

Worksite: Foster City, CA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $146,266.00 USD to $176,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
